Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
  • High school diploma
  • 5 years of relevant business experience
  • 4-5 years leadership business experience
  • Demonstrated experience with operations management role, including people management, project management , change management executing on key metrics activities
  • Competencies: Focus on customers, manage performance successfully, negotiation skills, relationship building, talent development, change management
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a production/service delivery role
  • 5+ plus years’ management experience with direct reports (onsite & virtual)
  • Experience with insurance/financial systems
  • 3+ years working with external market key partners ( Brokers, General Agents, Third Party Administrators, Group Employers)
  • Prior work experience with large scale Global Corporation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business and its products and services
